LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123 (2A)
Disposal of land at Cannizaro Park, rear of 2 The Sycamores, Wimbledon SW19 4RQ.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the London Borough of Merton intends to dispose of land at the rear of 2 The Sycamores Wimbledon SW19 4RQ which forms part of Cannizaro Park and measuring approximately 110 square metres. A plan of the property may be inspected at London Borough of Merton, Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday or online at https://www.merton.gov.uk/council-and-local-democracy/council-land-and-property. Alternatively, a copy may be requested via email from property.management@merton.gov.uk.
Representations in respect of this proposal must be made in writing and addressed to Jacquie Denton, Property Management and Review, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey SM4 5DX or by email to Jacquie.denton@merton.gov.uk by no later than 12 midnight on 17 January 2025.
