NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 19 December 2024 a Petition was presented in the Court of Session by Paul Vincent Andrews, Timothy Leslie James Deathridge, Gino Albert Gustaaf Gailliaert and Yvette Jacobs, all c/o Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP, Fifth Floor, St Vincent Plaza, 319 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5RZ in respect of STO LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number SC076742 (“the Company”), craving the Court inter alia, that an administration order be granted in respect of the Company and that interim managers be appointed, in which petition Lord Braid, by interlocutor dated 19 December 2024, ordained any persons claiming an interest, to lodge answers thereto if so advised, in the hands of the Clerk of Court, Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within twenty one days after intimation, service or advertisement, and in the meantime appointed Stuart Preston and Julie Tait, both Insolvency Practitioners of Grant Thornton LLP, 7 Castle Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3AH, to be joint interim managers of the Company and authorised them to exercise the powers set out in Schedule 1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and appointed parties to be heard By Order on 17 January 2025 at 10am before Lord Braid, of all of which notice is hereby given.
