The London Borough of Harrow Definitive Map Modification Order 2024

Alleyway linking Lawrence Crescent and De Havilland Road

The Order made on 05 December 2024 if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them: -

UF175 A Footpath commencing side of nos82 De Havilland Road (Point A), proceeding northwest and ending between nos21 & 23 Lawrence Crescent (Point B); with a width varying from 2.8m – 3.2m and with a centre line length of approximately 41m.

A copy of the Order and Order map may be:

  1. Inspected online free of charge at: https://www.harrow.gov.uk/ by searching Definitive Map Modification Orders, DMMO or DMMO.UF175;
  2. Requested free of charge by emailing infrastructure@harrow.gov.uk and quoting DMMO.UF175; or
  3. Viewed free of charge at Greenhill Library, Perceval Square, College Road, Harrow, HA1 1GX from 10am to 6pm on Monday to Friday

Any representations about or objections to the Order must be sent in writing to the Infrastructure Team, PO Box 1358, Harrow, HA3 3QN or infrastructure@harrow.gov.uk no later than 03 February 2025 and applicants are required to state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the London Borough of Harrow, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
