NOTICE OF EIA REGULATORY DECISION MMML2367 THE DREDGE AND EXTRACT FROM BEDWYN SANDS AND NORTH MIDDLE GROUND

Notice is hereby given that Natural Resources Wales (“NRW”) has taken its regulatory decision under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 and the Marine Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2007 as amended (“the EIA Regulations”) in respect of the above project. In accordance with regulation 24 of the EIA Regulations and Part 4 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, NRW has decided to grant regulatory approval for the project subject to conditions being imposed.

A written copy of the regulatory decision is available for public inspection on NRW’s public register. The regulatory decision is available for public inspection free of charge during normal office hours of 9am to 5pm at Permitting Service, Natural Resources Wales, Welsh Government Offices, Cathays Park, King Edward VII Avenue, Cardiff, CF10 3NQ.

Copies of the regulatory decision may also be obtained from Public register - Customer Portal (naturalresources.wales) or permittingconsultations@naturalresourceswales.gov.uk. If printed copies are requested, a charge not exceeding reasonable copying costs may be made.

NRW is an appropriate authority under the EIA Regulations and has been delegated functions as the appropriate licensing authority by the Welsh Ministers for the purposes of Part 4 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.

Hysbysir trwy hyn fod Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru wedi gwneud ei benderfyniad rheoleiddiol o dan Ddeddf y Môr a Mynediad i’r Arfordir 2009 a Rheoliadau Gwaith Morol (Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol) 2007 fel y’u diwygiwyd (“y Rheoliadau Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol”) o ran y prosiect uchod. Yn unol â Rheoliad 24 y Rheoliadau Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol a Rhan 4 o Ddeddf y Môr a Mynediad i’r Arfordir 2009, mae Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru wedi penderfynu rhoi cymeradwyaeth reoleiddiol ar gyfer y prosiect yn amodol ar osod amodau.

Mae copi ysgrifenedig o’r penderfyniad rheoleiddiol ar gael i’r cyhoedd ei archwilio ar gofrestr gyhoeddus Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru. Mae’r penderfyniad rheoleiddiol ar gael i’r cyhoedd ei archwilio am ddim yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol rhwng 9am a 5pm yn y Gwasanaeth Trwyddedu, Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru, Swyddfeydd Llywodraeth Cymru, Parc Cathays, Rhodfa’r Brenin Edward VII, Caerdydd, CF10 3NQ.

Gallwch hefyd gael copïau o’r penderfyniad rheoleiddiol yma Cofrestr gyhoeddus - Porth y Cwsmer (naturalresources.wales) neu drwy e-bostio permittingconsultations@cyfoethnaturiolcymru.gov.uk.
