What is happening?
BLACK NOTLEY PARISH COUNCIL
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Parish Council of the village of Black Notley intends to declare the Council's intention to grant an easement over the property of the following area of land currently held as public open space. The Black Notley Playing Fields, The Street, Black Notley, CM77 8LL.

Any objections to this easement must be made in writing and addressed to the Clerk of the Parish Council. Or sent to info@blacknotley-pc.gov.uk and must be received by 10th January 2025.
