CONSULTATION SCHEDULE

The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 requires the County Council to keep the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way under continuous review and to make modifications where it appears that routes should be added, upgraded, amended, or deleted. A review of the Definitive Map was started in the parish of Otterton in May 2022. A full consultation is now taking place with the following proposed change to the Definitive Map.

Proposal 1: Schedule 14 applications – Claimed upgrade of Bridleway No. 3 (Colliver Lane) and Footpath No. 4 to Byways Open to All Traffic. Points A-B-C on proposal plan CCET/PROW/24/68

Anyone who has any evidence for or against, or wishes to make any comments relevant to the proposal, has used the proposed route at any time in the past, or has any other proposals to make concerning alterations or additions to the Definitive Map for Otterton parish, is asked to send their evidence/comments by 7 March 2025 to:
