Street Trading – Passing of a Resolution

In accordance with Section 24(10) of the London Local Authorities Act 1990 (as amended), the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames having followed the process for determining arrangements for regulating Street Trading and related activities, hereby gives notice that on 8 October 2024 the Council made a resolution to:

  • vary the designation of areas where Street Trading is permitted

The resolution will come into force on 1 January 2025.
