What is happening?

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AT MAUNDERS ROAD; MILTON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (1), (2A) of the above Act that Stoke-on-Trent City Council intends to dispose of the parcel of land described in the Schedule below. It is intended that the disposal will be by way of an outright sale of the freehold.
Any objections to the disposals should be made in writing and addressed to Corporate Property, Floor 4, Civic Centre, Glebe Street, ST4 1HH and must be received by no later than 24th December 2024.
SCHEDULE
Approximately 1214 sq.ms being land adjacent to 60 Maunders Road.
Plan that identifies the precise location of the land in question can be inspected at the Civic Centre, Glebe Street, Stoke-on Trent ST4 1HH during normal office hours.
