Ceredigion Residents Action Group has applied for a Judicial Review of the Ceredigion County Council (Prohibition And Restriction Of Waiting And Unloading) Order 2019 (Aberystwyth Seafront) (Amendment Order No. 11) 2024
This notice is to inform all residents and businesses within Ceredigion that papers have been served on Ceredigion County Council in accordance with the procedures proscribed by the High Court.
