NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Henry Nicholas Page and Dominic Paul Dumville of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH were appointed Trustees in Bankruptcy of the above-named Bankrupt on 14 November 2024. Creditors may request that the Trustees convene a decision under rule 15.18 for the purpose of establishing a Creditors’ Committee, pro vided that the creditor, or a group of creditors, represent more than one tenth in value of the total claims of the bankruptcy.
