What is happening?
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has, in accordance with section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005, carried out its 3 year review of its Statement of Gambling Policy.
This Statement of Gambling Policy is published on the 4 December 2024 and will come into effect on the 6 January 2025.
The Statement of Gambling Policy is available for inspection at: https://www.rbkc.gov.uk/licensing/licensingpolicy-documents
