Petition to Wind Up (Companies) THE GLEN TAVERN (SCOTLAND) LTD
Notice is hereby given that on 31 October 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Dunfermline by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number 03078711 and having its registered office at Millstream Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 5GD, craving the Court inter alia that THE GLEN TAVERN (SCOTLAND) LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC623770 and having its registered office at 110-112 Pittencrief Street, Dunfermline, Scotland, KY12 8AN, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dunfermline by Interlocutor dated 4 November 2024 appointed all persons to lodge answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Perth within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
