Land at Grace Road Field, Clapperbrook Lane East, Marsh Barton, Exeter, EX2 8QA

Notice is hereby given than Exeter City Council intends to dispose of a parcel of land having an area of approximately 1.8 hectares at Grace Road Fields, Clapperbrook Lane East, Marsh Barton, Exeter, EX2 8QA which comprises open space land.

A Plan is available for inspection at www.exeter.gov.uk/council-and-democracy/ under consultations and petitions or on request by email estates@exeter.gov.uk or telephone 01392 265162.

The Council will consider any comments submitted in writing to The City Surveyor, Exeter City Council Paris Street Exeter EX1 1JJ or via email estates@exeter.gov.uk which should be received by 31st December 2024 by 5pm.
