NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF LAND COMPRISING PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND LOCATED THE CAR PARK AREA OF TYNE (PRUDHOE) RIVERSIDE COUNTRY PARK NE42 6NP
Notice is hereby given that Northumberland County Council intends to dispose of, by way of a Lease of 25 years duration, an area of land comprising approximately 150square meters located on the south eastern periphery of the car park to the Tyne (Prudhoe) Riverside Country Park, Station Road, Prudhoe NE42 6NP which consists of or forms part of an open space area. A plan showing the area of the intended disposal can be requested by emailing John.Price@northumberland.gov.uk
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: John Price, Strategic Estates Northumberland County Council County Hall Morpeth Northumberland NE61 2EF to be received no later than noon on 29th November 2024
