VALE OF GLAMORGAN COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(2 A) LAND AT MARQUIS CLOSE, BARRY

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that the Vale of Glamorgan Council proposes to dispose of two areas of land at Marquis Close, Barry, part of which consists of open space land. The disposal will be by way of freehold sale. A plan identifying the land may be examined on the Council's website at www.valeofglamorgan.gov.uk/en/our_council/legal_notices. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Environment & Housing Services, The Alps Depot, Alps Quarry Road, Wenvoe, CF5 6AA or by email to C1V@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk marked FAO Miles Punter, Director of Environment & Housing Services by no later than 6th December 2024.
