NOTICE IS GIVEN that, under Section 53 and 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, the Council intends to set the fees in respect of Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing

A copy of this notice is available for inspection during normal office hours at the Council Offices, Delamere House, Crewe, CW1 2LL. 

Any objections to the proposed variation should be made in writing to Miss K Evans, Licensing Team, Delamere House, Crewe, CW1 2LL or licensing@cheshireeast.gov.uk

Any objections must be made within 28 days of the date of publication of this notice. 

Should no written objections be received, or if the objections are withdrawn, the new charges shall come into effect on 1st April 2025.
