An action has been raised in Glasgow Sheriff Court by Bank of Scotland plc, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC327000) and having its Registered Office at The Mound, Edinburgh, Pursuer calling as a Defender Frank Bolam otherwise Francis Stephen Bolam whose last known address was 109 Mugdock Road, Milngavie, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G62 8PA.
If Frank Bolam otherwise Francis Stephen Bolam wishes to defend the action they should immediately contact the Sheriff Clerk at 1A Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA from whom the service copy initial writ may be obtained.
If they fail to do so decree may pass against them when the case calls in court on 28/11/2024.
