What is happening?
Landor Cartons Pension Scheme
Notice is given, under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Landor Cartons Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) are in the process of winding-up the Scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by Landor Cartons or any associated employers, and were members of the Scheme, or had otherwise previously been members or beneficiaries of the Scheme.
If you were an employee of Landor Cartons or any associated employers, or a spouse/civil partner, child or dependant of a deceased employee, and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Scheme, or if you believe you have any other interest, claim or entitlement in relation to the Scheme, and in either case you have not recently been contacted by the Trustees, please contact Russell McHardy via the Scheme administrations at email@atkin. uk.com or Atkin Pensions, Cornwall House, Blythe Valley Park, Solihull B90 8AF within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After the expiry of the two month period, the Trustees will have regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
When contacting the Trustee, please provide your full name, any former names by which you may have been known, your address, date of birth, National Insurance number and details of your membership, interest, claim or entitlement in relation to the Scheme.
