WYCHAVON NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL of Open Space Land Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 Notice of Intended Disposal of Open Space Land Land at St. Peter's Fields, Droitwich
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Wychavon District Council intends to dispose by way of lease of an area of open space land known as Land at St Peter's Fields, Droitwich. A plan showing the land in question is available for inspection at the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore. Any objection to the proposed disposal should be sent in writing to the Head of Property Services at Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 1PT no later than 12noon on the 29 November 2024.
