It is believed that he was last located on the Forth Road Bridge, Edinburgh on 13 December 2023 at around 23.30 hours Court ref. no. EDI-A912-24 Sheriff Court, 27 Chamber Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB
An action has been raised in Edinburgh by Andrew Toynbee, Pursuer, to declare that Matthew Toynbee, date of birth 1 October 1982, whose last known address was 5/1 Victoria Street, Edinburgh, EH1 2HE is dead.
Any person wishing to defend the action must apply to do so by 21 November 2024 by lodging a minute seeking to be sisted as a party to the action with the sheriff clerk at the above address.
A copy of the initial writ may be obtained from the sheriff clerk at the above address.
