NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that it is the intention of Oldham Borough Council to dispose of the land described in the Schedule below which land consists of open space (“the Land”).
In accordance with the provisions of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council will consider any objections to the proposal which are received within 28 days of the date of first publication of this Notice and which are addressed to Phil Jones Spindles Offices West Street Oldham OL1 1LF
