NOTICE OF HEARING SESSIONS TO BE HELD AS PART OF THE PUBLIC INQUIRY

THE SP TRANSMISSION PLC (GLENMUCKLOCH TO GLENGLASS REINFORCEMENT PROJECT) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Reporter Ms Elspeth Cook BSc (Hons), MRTPI has been appointed to consider objections made to the SP Transmission plc (Glenmuckloch to Glenglass Reinforcement Project) Compulsory Purchase Order 2024 and to report to Scottish Ministers. The Order is made under the above Acts and proceeds in accordance with the Compulsory Purchase by Public Authorities (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 1998.

A Hearing into the objections to that Compulsory Purchase Order will take place on 11 November 2024 and subsequent days, starting on each day at 10:00 or such other time as advised by the Reporter. The sessions on 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 November 2024 will be held at Falkirk Stadium, 4 Stadium Way, Falkirk FK2 9EE, with the session on 14 November (and others if possible) being a hybrid session (held in person and online). The sessions on 19 and 20 November 2024 will be held online. Any member of the public wishing to follow the online proceedings should contact the DPEA at the address set out below for details of a link to the online meetings.
