PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123 (2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
DISPOSAL OF LAND COMPRISING OPEN SPACE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the provisions of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, that the London Borough of Bromley (the Council) is intending to dispose of land presently held as open space and known as Three Parcels of Land at the Rear of Mossdale, Whitecot and Havencroft, Sevenoaks Way, Orpington BR5 3JE.
The disposal of approximately 1,225 sq m of land (total) will be sold by way of three freehold transfers. Requests for a plan illustrating the areas to be disposed, and any objections or written representations to these intended disposals can be made to lbb.estates@bromley.gov.uk quoting 'Three Parcels of Land at the Rear of Mossdale, Whitecot and Havencroft, Sevenoaks Way, Orpington BR5 3JE', and must be received no later than 17.00 on 13 November 2024.
