What is happening?

MONKEN HADLEY COMMON TRUST

Notice is hereby given that Monken Hadley Common Trust ("the Trust") intends to make regulations pursuant to the Monken Hadley Common Act 2022 for the good management of Monken Hadley Common ("the Common") in the London Borough of Barnet. They will apply to the whole of the Common, contain the Trust's management regulations for the Common and, in respect of certain uses, give power to collect a fee. Breach of the regulations will be a criminal offence for which a fine may be imposed.

A copy of the proposed regulations will be kept at 45 Clifford Road, Barnet, EN5 5PD and will be open to inspection without payment on any weekday during usual business hours for 28 days from the publication of this notice. An appointment for inspection can be made by telephoning William Boyes, a trustee, on 07833 580363.

The regulations may also be viewed at www.mhctrust.org.uk.
