[Section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972] at The Tumps, Bloomfield Road, Odd Down, Bath, BA2 2AY

NOTICE IS GIVEN: Where: Bath and North East Somerset Council (“the Council”) proposes to grant a lease of approximately 50 square metres of land at The Tumps, Bloomfield Road, Odd Down BATH BA2 2AY. A plan is available for inspection at Bath One Stop Shop, 3-4 Manvers Street, Bath, BA1 1JQ and Keynsham One Stop Shop, Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham BS31 1FS during usual Council business hours.

Use: The proposed lease is to be granted to a local sports club, for a period of up to 3 years, for containers in connection with the BMX track.

Objections: Any representations or objections to the proposal should be addressed in writing by post or email to: Head of Corporate Estate & Development, Capital & Housing Delivery at Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath, BA1 1JG, Email: corporateoperational_estate@bathnes. gov.uk quoting the reference PSRN: 3162/gd1. The Council will consider any objections which are received by no later than Thursday 7th November 2024.
