TAKE NOTICE that an action for divorce has been commenced against you by MEMORY NYAKABAU (Nee Nengomasha) in the High Court of Zimbabwe.

Despite efforts to serve you personally, your whereabouts are unknown, and therefore, this notice is published to inform you of the divorce proceedings.

SUMMARY OF CLAIM:
MEMORY NYAKABAU (Nee Nengomasha) seeks a decree of divorce against you on the following grounds:
1. The marriage has irretrievably broken down such that, there is no reasonable prospect of restoration of a normal relationship particularly:
i. The Plaintiff has lost all love and affection for the Defendant.
ii. The parties have irreconcilable differences which render the continuance of a marriage impossible.
iii. The parties have not been living as husband and wife for a period of more than 12 months.
If you wish to defend this action, you must enter an appearance in the High Court of Zimbabwe within 10 days of the date of this publication. Failure to do so may result in a default judgment being granted against you.
