NOTICE OF MISSING LANDLORD

MISSING LANDLORD - LEASEHOLD REFORM HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT 1993

(AS AMENDED) ("THE 1993 ACT")

Take notice that Christopher Paul Fairhead and Joanne Marie Fairhead c/o Morr & Co of Prospero, 73 London Road, Redhill RH1 1LQ as leasehold owners of Flat 1, 64 Church Lane East, Aldershot and garden ground GU11 3HB, registered under HM Land Registry title number HP6984698 AND Flat 2, 64 Church Lane East, Aldershot GU11 3HB, registered under HM Land Registry title number HP698481, require that notice of their intention to extend the term of their leases be served on the current competent landlord who cannot be found. The freehold of both properties is registered to Mr Mohammad Yaqoob Khan of 12 Hampstead Road, Brighton BN1 5NG but he could not be located after multiple attempts.

Mr and Mrs Fairhead intend to apply to the County Court, under the provisions of the Leasehold Reform Housing & Urban Development Act 1993, for a vesting order to have their leases extended if they are unable to give notice to the landlord with his location unknown.
