Notice is hereby given that an Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to determine
SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL
Deben Rural District Definitive Map and Statement) (Parish of Playford) Modification Order 2023 and will attend at:
Elisabeth Frink Room, Suffolk County Council, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 2BX on Tuesday. 12/11/2024 at 10am to hold a public local inquiry into the order.
The appointed Inspector will also open the Inquiry as a virtual event on Tuesday, 12/11/2024 at 10am.
Should it be necessary for you to attend virtually please contact the order making authority; details are below. To fake part using video, participants will need to have access to Microsoft Teams (via an app or web browser).

Registered participants will receive individual joining instructions, providing details of any requirements, guidance and support, whether joining by Teams or telephone. The effect of the order, if confirmed without modifications, will be to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding a public footpath from Butts Road at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) 62141,24827 to Church Road at OSGR 62175,24875 as shown on the order map.
