What is happening?

MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR GROUND INVESTIGATION ACTIVITIES IN THE RIVER TEES.

Notice is hereby given that Ross Nickson of BP Exploration Operating Company Limited, Sunbury-on-Thames TW16 7LN, has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake three boreholes, sampling by drilling and coring and in-situ testing works to inform the Northern Pipeline Crossing design at H2 Teesside on the River Tees.

Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register. Representations in respect of the application should ordinarily be made by:
