Public Notice
On the 7 August 2024, the High Court of Justice of England and Wales ordered that with immediate effect Daniel Rooney trading as Ashfield Paving be restrained from infringing United Kingdom registered trade mark no. 00003487723 owned by Ashfield District Council and be restrained from passing off the services of Daniel Rooney as those of Ashfield District Council in each case by use of a sign likely to cause confusion or misrepresentation or both.
