What is happening?
Transferor LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act, 1972 that Transferor intends to dispose of the area of open space as referred to in the Schedule below. A copy of the plan showing the location and approximate area of the appropriate plot may be inspected during normal office hours at Parklands Reception at the Civic Offices. Any objections to the proposed disposals should be sent in writing to the undersigned quoting reference SAN/045437 within 21 days of the first publication of this Notice, i.e. by 3rd October 2024.
