Phase 4 Pendleton Regeneration Area
Notice is hereby given that Salford City Council intends to dispose of open space land of approximately 56,988.91 sqm (shown edged red on the location plan). The area shown hatched on the plan is excluded from the application as it is built upon and not open space. The disposal of open space land will facilitate the development of new homes. The open space land is bounded by Churchill Way, Heywood Way, Fitzwarren Street, Larkhill Primary School and Clarendon Park and is more particularly shown edged red on the deposited plan, which may be inspected at the Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays. and also on Salford City Council’s website at the following address: https://www.salford.gov.uk/your-council/public-notices/. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and sent to Angela Martens, Assistant Principal Surveyor, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5AS or to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk so as to be received no later than 18 October 2024.
