What is happening?
PUBLIC NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123(2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that Mole Valley District Council pursuant to powers under Section 123 Local Government Act 1972, as amended, intends to grant a lease to MOLE VALLEY GIRLS FC of Old Meadowbank Pavilion, Meadowbank Recreation Ground, Mill Lane Dorking RH4 1DX for a term of 15 years for use as a sports pavilion, clubhouse and ancillary storage. A plan showing the land to be leased edged red is available for inspection free of charge Monday to Friday during usual business hours at the Council Offices, Pippbrook, Reigate Road, Dorking, RH4 1SJ or you can request a copy of the plan by email to property@molevalley.gov.uk
Any objections to the proposed lease should be made in writing to the Principal Asset & Projects Manager at the Council’s address above or by email to property@molevalley.gov.uk by 5pm on 17th October 2024.
