NOTICE OF MISSING FREEHOLDER

Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 ("the 1993 Act")

The leaseholder of the ground floor flat in the property at 135 Church Street, London N9 9RN ('the Premises') wishes to locate the freeholder of this building. The leaseholder owns the flat under a lease dated 14th March 1989 made between Maria Constaninou (1) and Raymond Rotimi Bajela and Jacob Edmund Elsilfie-Quaye (2). The leaseholder requires that Notice of their intention to obtain a Vesting Order in respect of a lease extension of the said flat under the 1993 Act (or any other notices or proceedings to be served to acquire a statutory lease extension under that Act and process) be served on the current freeholder, who cannot be found. The last known freeholder was MARIA CONSTANTINOU whose last known addresses were 135 Church Street, Edmonton, London N9 9RN and 57 Oatlands Road, Enfield EN3 5LP.
