Notice of Application for Planning Permission which is a Major Development
Proposed development at ADM Erith Ltd, Church Manorway, Erith
I give notice that application is being made by Mr N Armstrong to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for :-
Erection of a new weigh house building, elevated conveyor bridge, new jetty, electrical room, access link bridge, dolphin installation, plant installation and associated works.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should do so by 9th October 2024, quoting reference 24/02263/FULM. Written responses should be addressed to Development Management, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent, DA6 7AT.
Due to the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1995, the Council will be legally obliged to make any response to this notice available for public inspection.
