Hysbysir drwy hyn, yn unol â Rhan 4, Pennod 1, Adran 68, Deddf y Môr a Mynediad i’r Arfordir 2009, fod Dyer and Butler Ltd wedi cyflwyno cais i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru, sy’n gweithredu ar ran yr Awdurdod Trwyddedu, am drwydded forol i dynnu Ffender Pont Droi Caerfyrddin.

Gallwch weld y dogfennau cais yn rhad ac am ddim, o’n cofrestr gyhoeddus ar-lein, https://publicregister.naturalresources.wales/. Gallwch chwilio am y dogfennau gan ddefnyddio’r cyfeirnod cais: CML2458.

Dylid cyflwyno sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau ysgrifenedig parthed y cais hwn:

Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru, Tîm Trwyddedu Morol, Swyddfeydd Llywodraeth Cymru, Parc Cathays, Rhodfa’r Brenin Edward VII, Caerdydd, CF10 3NQ, neu yrru e-bost at marinelicensing@cyfoethnaturiolcymru.gov.uk o fewn 28 diwrnod o ddyddiad y rhybudd hwn, gan ddyfynnu cyfeirnod: CML2458.

Yn eich sylw/gwrthwynebiad dylech gynnwys cyfeiriad e-bost neu gyfeiriad post llawn y gellir anfon gohebiaeth iddo.

Byddwch yn ymwybodol y bydd sylwadau a dderbynnir yn cael eu rhannu â’r ymgeisydd a gall y byddant ar gael i’r cyhoedd ar ôl golygu manylion personol, yn unol â’r Rheoliad Cyffredinol ar Ddiogelu Data.

APPLICATION FOR A MARINE LICENCE FOR CARMARTHEN SWING BRIDGE FENDER REMOVAL

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Part 4, Chapter 1, Section 68 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 that Dyer and Butler Ltd has applied to Natural Resources Wales, acting on behalf of the Licensing Authority, for a marine licence for Carmarthen Swing Bridge Fender Removal.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing to: Natural Resources Wales, Marine Licensing Team, Welsh Government Offices, Cathays Park, King Edward VII Avenue, Cardiff, CF10 3NQ, or e-mail: marinelicensing@cyfoethnaturiolcymru.gov.uk within 28 days of the date of this notice, quoting reference: CML2458.
