STATUTORY NOTICE
PROPOSED ALTERATION OF AGE RANGE AT ST MARY'S CATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL, MIDDLEWICH, CHESHIRE, CW10 9DH.
Notice is given in accordance with section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 that Cheshire East Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to St Mary's Catholic Primary School, a Voluntary Aided School, Manor Lane, Middlewich, Cheshire, CW10 9DH.
The proposal is to alter the age range (from 4-11 years to 3-11 years old) for implementation January 2025 Subject to the consultation outcomes and subsequent approval by the Local Authority.
The current Published Admission Number of the school is 30 per year group. The proposed number of admissions into the maintained nursery will be capped at 10 nursery places initially but as demand increases, school will expand capacity to match demand. The final number of pupils will be capped at 26.
