DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY FOR OXFORDSHIRE
Kidlington Footpath No. 37 Modification Order 2024
The above Order made on the 2 September 2024, if confirmed I as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by: -
Adding to them the public footpath from Footpath No. 33 (the Oxford Canal towing path) at grid reference SP 4872 1350 running northeast over the canal bridge for 18 metres to the metalled footpath recorded on the List of Streets to the rear of 35 Osbourne Close at SP 4873 1351. Adding to them the public footpath from the existing western end of Footpath No. 19 at OS Grid Reference SU 3966 9839 running south and then south-west for approximately 57 metres to Bridleway No. 12 at SU 3966 9834. A copy of the Order, the Order map and an explanatory | statement may be:-

From the existing southern end of Leafield FP 3 at OS Grid Reference SP 3165 1419 running south-south-westwards and south-eastwards for approximately 19 metres to Purrants Lane at SP 3166 1418. A copy of the Order, the Order map and an explanatory | statement may be:-

Any representation or objection relating to the orders must be sent in writing to Countryside Access - Research and Legal Record, Oxfordshire County Council, County Hall, Oxford OX1 1ND, or countrysideaccesslegal@oxfordshire.gov.uk not later than 25 October 2024 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. If no representations or objections are duly made to the orders, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxfordshire County Council, instead of submitting the orders to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the orders. If an order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
