What is happening?
ENVIRONMENT AGENCY Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003) Notice of application for a full licence to abstract (take) water
James Humphrey Nott has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006. The application is for a full licence to abstract water from The River Teme near Burford between National Grid References SO 61590 68420 and SO 60370 68640. The application is to abstract water as follows:
- 50 cubic metres per hour
- 800 cubic metres per day
- 25,000 cubic metres per year
- Between May and September inclusive in each year
