High Park Road, Application For Vesting Order Under Leasehold Reform Act 1967

NOTICE OF MISSING FREEHOLDER/ MISSING LANDLORD - LEASEHOLD REFORM ACT 1967 36 HIGH PARK ROAD, RYDE, PO33 1BT ("THE PROPERTY")

We act for Dr Maria Bernadette Lynch, the leasehold owner of the Property registered under HM Land Registry title number IW51307. Dr Lynch occupies the Property pursuant to a lease between (1) Alfred George William Barnard and Walter Burrows Barnard and (2) Clara Woodhouse dated 29th September 1919 ("the Lease"). Dr Lynch wishes to acquire the freehold title of the property. In order to make this claim, our client is attempting to identify the current freehold owner of the Property, as the freehold of the property is not registered and therefore, the identity of the freeholder cannot be ascertained.

Dr Lynch intends to apply to the County Court, under the provisions of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967, for a vesting order, if she is unable to give notice to the landlord with their identity and location unknown.
