SECTION 123(2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF

PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND AT SOUTH ROAD, OFF NINE MILE ROAD, BRACKNELL

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Bracknell Forest Borough Council is considering the disposal of the freehold of an area of open amenity land to Hill & Co., for the use as a secondary access to the development known as Beaufort Park which has a resolution to grant planning permission for the development of residential properties as per planning application reference number 23/ 00767/FUL. The land to be sold has an area of approximately 175 square metres (0.0175 hectares). A plan showing the land intended to be transferred is available for inspection at the offices of Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD in the Property Services section during the hours of 9.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively, it can be viewed on the Council's website https://www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk/business-information/commercial-property. Any person who wishes to comment or object to the proposal should write to the Borough Solicitor, Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD setting out the reasons for their representation. The closing date for the receipt of representations is 9.00am on 2nd October 2024.
