Application under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016
What is happening?
The company known as Tyregen UK Ltd, Argyle House 10 West Street, Gorseinon, Swansea, Wales, SA4 4AA has applied to Swansea Council for a permit to operate an installation for the incineration of non-hazardous waste in an incineration plant with a capacity of less than 3 tonnes per hour at Tyregen UK Ltd, Westfield Industrial Estate, Unit 2, Waunarlwydd, SA5 4SF
The application describes any environmental effects from this process on the local environment.
When an application of this kind is made, the council is required to consider it and to take into account representations by the public following a period of consultation before making its decision.
The application has been placed on the public register held on the Council’s website at
www.swansea.gov.uk/environmentalpermitapplications. Any written comments on the application should be made within 20 days to the Pollution Control Division at The Guildhall Swansea SA1 4PE or email
pollution@swansea.gov.uk. If you would like to speak to someone about accessing the documents please ring Pollution Control on 01792 635600. Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.

Mae’r cais yn disgrifio unrhyw effaith amgylcheddol o’r broses hon ar yr amgylchedd lleol.
Pan fydd cais o’r fath yn cael ei wneud, mae gofyn i’r Cyngor ei ystyried ac ystyried sylwadau gan y cyhoedd yn dilyn cyfnod ymgynghori cyn gwneud penderfyniad.
Rhoddwyd y cais ar y gofrestr gyhoeddus ar wefan y Cyngor yn www.abertawe.gov.uk/ceisiadau-am-drwydded-amgylcheddol. Dylid cyflwyno unrhyw sylwadau ysgrifenedig am y cais o fewn 20 o ddiwrnodau i’r is-adran Rheoli Llygredd yn Neuadd y Ddinas Abertawe SA1 4PE neu drwy e-bostio pollution@abertawe.gov.uk. Os hoffech siarad ag unrhyw un am gael gafael ar y dogfennau, ffoniwch yr is-adran Rheoli Llygredd ar 01792 635600. Bydd unrhyw sylwadau ysgrifenedig yn cael eu gosod ar y gofrestr gyhoeddus oni bai eu bod yn cynnwys datganiad sy’n nodi nad ydym i wneud hynny.
Os oes dymuniad o’r fath, bydd y gofrestr yn cynnwys nodyn bod cynrychioliadau wedi cael eu gwneud nad ydynt ar y gofrestr oherwydd y dymuniad hwnnw.
