Notice of Intention to Dispose of Public Open Space Section 123(2A) Local Government Act 1972

Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends to dispose of a parcel of land, which extends to 0.11 acres (0.04 ha) or thereabouts adjacent to No 14 Earlsgate Gardens, Winterton. A plan showing the proposed site will be on display at the Council’s Church Square House Offices. It is requested that any objections or comments be received by the Council at the email or postal address below no later than 29th September 2024, after which any objections or comments will be duly considered by the Council.
