STHELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL THE ST HELENS DEFINITIVE MAP ST HELENS PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY (BRIDLEWAYS) 238. 239 AND 240 ORDER 2024
The above Order made on 7 August 2024, if continued as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them three bridleways commencing at Cumber Lane, Whiston and proceeding around the area known as 'Whiston Woods', which shall be known as Public Rights of Way 238, 239 and 240. A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at St Helens Town Hall, St Helens from 10AM to 5PM on Monday to Friday during the objection period.
Copies of the order and map may also be requested there.
Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to the Public Right of Way Officer at St Helens Borough Council, PO Box 512, St Helens, WA10 9JX not later than 17 October 2024 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the St Helens Borough Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
