NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 PUBLIC FOOTPATH ABINGDON 33 AND RADLEY 5

(TWELVE ACRE DRIVE, ABINGDON) PUBLIC FOOTPATH DIVERSION ORDER 2024

On 30 August 2024 Vale of White Horse District Council confirmee the above Order.

The above Order was made on 4 July 2024 under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The effect of the Order

as confirmed is to divert the footpath as described in Schedule 1 of this notice and as shown on the Order Map. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at the offices of Vale of White Horse District Council from 8.30 a.m to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order and map may be bought there at the price of £10.

This Order comes into force on the date that Oxfordshire County Council certifies the Order, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.

The whole width of that part of Public Footpath, Abingdon 33 commencing at Grid reference SU 50606 99278 (point A) north-eastwards for approximately 489 metres to SU 50956 99613 (point D), in a northerly direction for approximately 9 metres to SU 50956 99621 (point E). Footpath Radley 5

The whole width of that part of Public Footpath, Radley 5, commencing at Grid reference SU 50958 99621 (point E) in a northly direction for approximately 21 metres to SU 50956 99644 (point F)

Public Footpath commencing at Grid reference SU 50591 99277 (point G) north-eastwards for approximately 170 metres to SU 50736 99361 (point H), south-east eastwards for approximately 8 metres to SU 50741 99352 (point I), north-east easterly for approximately 78 metres to SU 50799 99383 (point J), northerly for 160 metres to SU 50785 99540 (point K), north-east easterly for 158 metres to SU 50927 99587 (point L), north, north-easterly for 51 metres to SU 50955 99630 (point M). Footpath Widths: 3m between points SU 50591 99277 - SU 50665 99277. 2m between points SU 50670 99335 - SU 50799 99383 3 m between points SU 50799 99383 - SU 50955 99630 Footpath Radley 5

Public Footpath, 3 metres wide commencing at Grid reference SU 50955 99630 (point M) in a northerly direction for 14 metres to SU 50958 99645 (point F).
