The Cornwall Council Public Footpath No. 37 Wendron (Part) (Boquio Farm) Public Path Diversion Order 2024

The above Order made on 13th August 2024 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will, if confirmed, divert a length of Public Footpath 37 in Wendron commencing at its junction with another part of Public Footpath 37 Wendron to be retained approximately 72 metres east-north-east of ‘Boquio Farmhouse’ at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SW 67039/34010 shown as point “A” on the order map and continuing in a generally west-south-westerly then north-north-westerly then west-north-westerly direction for a distance of 159 metres and terminating at its junction with another part of Public Footpath 37 Wendron to be retained approximately 94 metres north-west of’Boquio Farmhouse’ at OSGR SW 66915/34074 shown as point “C” on the order map to a revised line commencing at its junction with a part of Public Footpath 37 Wendron to be retained approximately 72 metres east-north-east of’Boquio Farmhouse’ at OSGR SW 67039/34010 shown as point “A” on the order map and continuing in a generally west-north-westerly then north-north-easterly direction for a distance of 148 metres and terminating at its junction with another part of Public Footpath 37 Wendron to be retained approximately 94 metres north-west of’Boquio Farmhouse’ at OSGR SW 66915/34074 shown as point “C” on the order map.

A copy of the Order and order map may be downloaded from Cornwall Council’s website at https://www.cornwall.gov.uk/environment/countryside/public-path-orders/made-public-path-orders/ and have also been placed and may be seen free of charge at Helston Library, Treng rouse Way, Helston, TR13 8AG between the hours of 09.00 to 17.00 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and between the hours of 10.00 and 13.00 on Saturdays. Alternatively copies of the Order and order map may be obtained free of charge from publicpathorders@cornwall.gov.uk.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Public Rights of Way officer at Cornwall Council, Public Rights of Way Team, P 0 Box 676, Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ or by email to publicpathorders@cornwall.gov.uk (quoting reference HAD 291) not later than Friday 20th September 2024. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, then Cornwall Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
