NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND AT ENFIELD PLAYING FIELDS, DONKEY LANE, ENFIELD, EN1 3PL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Enfield (the Council) pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 of its intention to dispose of an area of public open space at Enfield Playing Fields, Donkey Lane, Enfield, EN1 3PL being part of the pavilion and land (the property) by way of grant of a lease for a term of 45 years.

A plan indicating the boundaries of the Property is available for public inspection, free of charge, between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (inclusive) from 21st August 2024 to 11th September 2024 at The Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, EN1 3XA. This notice and a copy of the plan is also available to inspect online at: https://www.enfield.gov.uk/publicnotices during the period referred to in the following paragraph.

Any person who objects to the proposed disposal by the Council of the Property must lodge his or her objection in writing by writing to the Council at Strategic Property Services, London Borough of Enfield, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN1 3XA or by emailing the Council at section123notices@enfield.gov.uk by no later than 5.00pm on 11 September 2024
