What is happening?

HARBOURS ACT 1964 SECTION 31

Notice is hereby given that Mr John Greenwood has lodged an objection with the Secretary of State for Transport to an unjustified increases in Harbour Dues imposed by Crouch Harbour Authority. The grounds of objection are that:-

(i) the charge ought to be imposed at a rate lower than at which it is imposed.

Any person having a substantial interest or anybody representative of persons who have such an interest wishing to make representations in this matter to the Secretary of State should within forty-two days from the date at the foot of this notice write to the Secretary of State for Transport

The Secretary of State will pass to the Objectors and the Harbour Authority a copy of any representations received.
