Marlow - Modification Order for Public Footpaths.
What is happening?

Notice of Confirmation of a Modification Order, Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, The Buckinghamshire Council Definitive Map and Statement, The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpaths from Cromwell Gardens to Liston Court and New Court (off Liston Road), Marlow) Definitive Map Modification Order 2023 was confirmed as made on 10 July 2024.
The effect of the Order is to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by: adding to them a length of public footpath from SU84944-86563 ENE for 45m to SU84993-86572 E for 10m to SU85003-86570 NE for 30m to SU85024-86591 SE for 25m to SU85048-86578 and the route from SU84966-86611 SE for 48m to SU84993-86572 as shown by a bold broken line on the Order map with a width of 2m throughout.

Copies of the Order and map may be purchased from the Council at a cost of £5.00 by writing to the Definitive Map and Highway Searches Team at the address given above or email row@buckinghamshire.gov.uk.
The Order became operative on 10 July 2024 and if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity thereof on the ground that it is not within the powers of Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 or that any of the requirements of Schedule 15 of the Act have not been complied with in relation to it they may within six weeks from 26 July 2024 make an application to the High Court for that purpose.
