PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
1. Notice is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intends, in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 to grant leases to:
- Trustees of Hove and Kingsway Bowling Club - Kingsway, Hove, BN3 4GP
- Hove Beach Croquet Club CIC - Kingsway, Hove, BN3 4GP
2. Plans showing the locations of the said land is available by request via email amp@brighton-hove.gov.uk.
3. Persons wishing to make representations relating to the said proposals should make them in writing to The Corporate Director of City Services, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ - ref. Jasna Kodi Valappil -or by email to amp@brighton-hove.gov.uk to be received no later than noon
